Important: Our Service is a document preparation tool only. We do NOT provide legal advice, legal representation, or attorney services. The Service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Colorado Court Help, LLC.
The documents generated by our Service are based on information you provide and are intended to help you comply with Colorado eviction procedures. You are solely responsible for reviewing all documents for accuracy and ensuring they meet your specific legal needs.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and a secure password.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
The Service is offered at a flat fee of $99 for the complete eviction document preparation workflow. The first milestone is available free of charge; payment is required to access subsequent milestones.
Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of document preparation services, refunds are generally not provided once documents have been generated. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical error or service issue, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your payment.
Court Filing Fees: Our pricing does NOT include court filing fees, process server fees, or other third-party costs associated with the eviction process.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and document templates, are owned by Colorado Court Help, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business use in connection with preparing eviction documents. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all information and data you provide through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Limitation of Damages: In no event shall Colorado Court Help, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Cap on Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Colorado Court Help, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
